I often cite Sir Paul McCartney an example of Kaal Sarpa Yoga. And, he did face

certain struggles an challenges, in his youth. He certainly now has name, fame,

and

wealth. And, has appartently been happily married twice.

name and

fame in their later part of life. This is the most important aspect of this

planetary

formation. Shri Jawaharlal Nehru is said to have had this formation in his

horoscope.

Vanakkam Shri Venkataramanji,

Pranaams. It is most wonderful to see you here! Warmest welcome!! A

thousand thanks for your kind darshan in our group and for sharing

with us your magnificent knowledge. It is very much appreciated.

Looking forward to learning from more of your great works.

If you wish, please tell our respected members and friends about

your magazine "Nitya Kalyan" from Chennai. I'm sure some friends

would be interested in either contributing articles in relation to

Vedic literature or in subscribing as it is a quality publication in

English, in terms of excellent content by various scholars such as

yourself, pandits, gurus, swamis and other learned souls. Thanking

you.

also refers to 'Yama, the god of death'. This Kaal Sarpa yoga,

sometimes mentioned as 'Kaal Sarpa dosha' also, refers to the

positioning of Rahu and kethu.

seem to be correct because a shadow is caused only by some other

solid object. These two planets are formless, pure energy centres.

They are said to move in anticlock motion. They are always 180

degrees apart. Leaving aside several interesting things about these

two planets, let us concentrate on the said yoga or dosha.

This confirms my statement elsewhere that nothing under the Sun is

unmixed dosha or guna. Our duty is only to understand everything

fully. The purpose of Astrology is only to aid this; and not to

condemn or bless any living being.

> When all other seven planets find their positions in between these

two planets, it is said to form Kaal Sarpa Yoga. Not only this. The

lagna also should be in between. More important thing is, all

planets and lagna should be sandwiched by Rahu and Kethu. In this

context, one should remember that they are supposed to move

anticlockwise. If Rahu is in Mesham, Kethu would be in Thulam. All

other planets should be somewhere in Meenam, Kumbam, Makaram,

Dhanus, Vrischikam. If they are in Mesham or Thulam, they should be

before Rahu and after Kethu.
