Guest guest
Namaskar Kumar, Thank you for your input too. It is good to see you here. Simone's message was in post number 9089 with diagram of mat and mattress. Please go to that message and have a look. Meanwhile, for your perusal, i've copied and pasted below. Before going on her trip, Simone also said that all the mats and mattresses that she made, were religiously sanctified before using. Namah Shivaya Jai Guru Gorakhnath A.G. *************************** Though I can't take a pic of the mat, the diagram is as follows, using strands of 108+1 beads from Japa Malas: VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV -- This part is all tassles 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 \ 0000000000000000 Length composes 108 beads 0000000000000000 / 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ ------ all tassles Then put soft padding like duck down, feather or cotton filling. Then make a cotton or linen cover to keep the entire mat/mattress inside. Very comfortable, keeps us warm in winter too, good for those suffering aches, pains, rheumatoid arthritis, lumbago, sprains, muscle spasms, etc. etc. From personal experience, this is one for of Excellent Rudraksha Therapy. I made and tested the above mat/mattress for my own injuries over a period of time. Got to say it takes a long time to make and a lot of patience......!! I can't remember how many thousands of rudraskha beads from Japa Malas that were used for making the mattress but it was a lot.. No, the mats and mattresses are not yet on Rudra Centre website - its something new. I hope it will be introduced in the near future as the benefits of laying on a rudraksha mattress when unwell, is amazingly helpful for painful physical parts, mentally soothing and once a person gets used to if after a few days, the mattress actually feels very comfortable and comforting. The beads also help massage injuries and due to electromagnetic properties, assists in speeding up recovery. At least this is what I discovered. Last Aussie winter, I used it as mattress instead of using electric blanket. The rudraksha mattress keeps the body warmth in. When used as a blanket, the same results - it kept me warm. The mat for sitting on during meditation, is also great. It would take some people a bit of time to get used to sitting on a rudraksha mat when doing asanas. As I'd done it over a lengthy period of time, its most comfortable and just perfect for my needs. It differs from individual to individual of course. As usual, I cannot speak for others, other than from my own experiences and continuous study, research and use of rudraksha. I'm not sure if Rudra Centre's artisans would custom-make the mats and mattresses. If anyone wishes to have one, please enquire with Ms. Neetaji directly. Her email addy is rudracentreindia Much love, Jai Bholenath Simone ********************* , "roankz" <roankz@s...> wrote: > Dear AG, > > U have said it right.
