Dear DharmaDev,

Sada namaskar,

What do multi-colored Rudraksha signify (if anything)? I have a 14 face

set in gold...it is about 70% golden-reddish-brown & about 30% is

almost brownish-BLACK.. almost looks burned from a distance. But from

close up it is naturally colored... from reddish to blackish. Any

meaning? It's a shiny and beautiful Rudraksha from Nepal, but it has

two colors.

Any info would be appreciated.

Respectfully,

Richard

MahaDeva Dear Respected Richard Ji

Namaskar Mitra and thanks for the message.........you are most fortunate to

have a multicolored Rudrasha.......especially in the rich colors you are

describeing.......the multi colored Beads have have always held a special

importance

to me simply because of the contrasting colors........have nothing from the

Holy Books on this however the contrasting colors can take on shapes or can

only be on the top part like a cap......the multi colored Rudraksa are truly a

Collector Item of Great Beauty and for any person who is collecting Rudraksa

these are an example of another Auspicious Type of Bead

You are most fortunate to have one of these Beads liveing with you

Thanks and Take Care Mitra
