Guest guest
Dear DharmaDev Ji, Thanks for your reply. Actully i was looking for clarification, wheather i can strung all beads in mala or not (including 15mukhi as siddha mala contains beads upto 14mukhi) as number of beads are 71(54+15+1+1) and i think 71 is odd figure. Should i have mala with total 54 or 108 beads ? Also i have noticed that 14 & 15 mukhi rudrasksha floats on water .. rest are sink in water. Is it normal behaviour ? Thanks, Sandip , AumShiningLotus@a... wrote: > Dear Sandip Ji > > Namaskar and thanks for message.......dont understand though.........you have > one of almost all the beads.....what more would you want > > Thanks > > DharmaDev Arya > > In a message dated 4/25/2005 8:52:48 AM Pacific Standard Time, > mistry.sandip@g... writes: > > > > > > > > > > > > > Namaste Everybody, > > > > I am regular reader of this amazing group &i found lots of good > > information about divine beads. Guest guest
Dear Sandip Ji Namaskar Mitra........of course you can string them all on one mala.......best method of stringing is mouth part to mouth part unless you have another method......choice of number of beads on a mala is yours.........can be full mala or half mala and will be fine.....beads float because they are dry and are older beads or are soaked with enough oil to make them float..........beads float according to their specific gravity with liquid placed in....if new crop beads were placed in water they would sink to the level in the glass of water where their internal water matched the water in the glass....their specific gravity......new beads have more water in them then older drier beads so the drier beads float hope this helps Thanks and Take Care DharmaDev In a message dated 4/26/2005 7:35:39 AM Pacific Standard Time, mistry.sandip writes: > > > > > > Dear DharmaDev Ji, > > Thanks for your reply. > > Actully i was looking for clarification, wheather i can strung all > beads in mala or not (including 15mukhi as siddha mala contains beads > upto 14mukhi) as number of beads are 71(54+15+1+1) and i think 71 is > odd figure. > > Should i have mala with total 54 or 108 beads ? > > Also i have noticed that 14 &15 mukhi rudrasksha floats on water .. > rest are sink in water.
