Guest guest
Respected dharamdevji Extending my humble namaskaram to you. I had a query for which i need your guidance and also of the other revered members. I had been going through turmoil in all aspects of my life for 3 yrs everyday, every second. Life was just about worst than hell for me untill 3 months back when i was blessed with lord shiva's mahaprasad 'rudraksha'. I started off with 3 beads of 7 mukhi, then gradually have started wearing a 5 mukhi small beads mala of 108 beads, and then i bought a mala consisting of 1bead each of 1,2,3,8,11 mukhi & 3beads of 4 & 6 mukhi. After some days i also purchased a siddha mala consisting of 1 bead each of 1,8-15 mukhi beads & 2-7 mukhi 3 beads each. Now when i started wearing these malas it was like all my troubles have started vanishing and i had tremendous peace also when i used to pray in the evening daily with my eyes closed i could see only the lord and all my worries and tragic events of my past were not bothering me during my course of my prayer. But since the past 10 days it has again resurfaced and even when im trying to concentrate hard at the time of evening prayers im not able to see the lord shiva during the process, instead all the old thoughts of betrayal by the ones whom i loved and all those for whom i cared for are literally disturbing my thoughts due to which im unable to even chant the mantras smoothly. Pls guide me to get the focus back on track and to gain control on my mind. Its been 3 yrs of painstacking events in my life day in and day out, finally when the lord showed mercy on me by giving me his gift to mankind the holy rudraksha i was so happy that even my sorrows couldn't last for more than 30 minutes coz ech time i felt that im in safe custody of the lord and he is giving me confidence constantly. Not that i dont feel the same anymore, coz my body without the rudraksha malas that i wear seems totally empty to me, but even when i wear them im not getting focus and concentration. Kindly guide me to get back the focus,as im seriously in love with god and am happy with it and after losing everything in life i dont want to lose his sight and the peace that he has given me. Guest guest
Dear Manoj Ji Namasakr Mitra and thank you for your message.............yes this does happen as one starts to enter a higher level of Spiritual Fullfillment..........all the images and worries of the past come to the surface at the quitest times.............we seem to be confronted with past problems for some reason and we sometimes dont know why...........this is stress being released from the situations you experienced.......in India they talk about the Elephants that start stomping about when you are trying to burn Karma and increase you Spiritual Upliftment............the only technique I know to get through this is an important one that has been used many times with success When the pain of heartbreak and unhappiness appear in Meditation and Prayers.............. do not fight them or react to them in a way that would push them away......they have to observed without judgement and recognized as what they are and then let go of them.......if you recognize them for what they are by merely observeing them one at a time as they appear...........admitting to yourself that this really did happen and that it happened for a purpose to strengthen you............ and then once recognized in this manner you let them go their way wishing them Peace and Happiness and you be free of them forever Admitting they happened and accepting they happened and now is a new life for you so you simply observe them as they appear and as they disappear your vision of Lord Siva may become clearer and clearer until you are back to where you wish to be hope this helps Mitra DD In a message dated 6/20/2005 3:13:08 AM Pacific Standard Time, manojmn10 writes: > > > Respected dharamdevji > Extending my humble namaskaram to you. > I had a query for which i need your guidance and also of the other revered > members. > > I had been going through turmoil in all aspects of my life for 3 yrs > everyday, every second.
