it myself. At least you got to speak to someone although they gave

you a number for an irrelevant organization. Each time I make such

calls as yourself, guess what?! Nobody answers except taped

messages to say "press number 1 for this issue, press number 2 for

that matter, press 3 for more details, press 4 to speak to an

operator. When I pressed number 4, another automatic message comes

on and says "Due to the huge number of calls today, the waiting time

is 50 minutes, please wait or hang up and try again later"!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, yes some people and organizations can be slack when it comes

to answering phone calls. Either we be patient and wait until we

get hold of the right person to resolve something or we give up and

move on. ************

she kindly gave me an additional recommendation.

 

BTW no one has still told me what 'Mangal Dosha' is?!
