Dear Divakar aNNa,

Yes, like Master Richard Brown said, donation of ratna is not any kind

of remeady to the poor. According to astrology and him, if to please

some 'planet god' and the associated stones is not suppose to be wore

(according to individual calculation of chart), then donation of the

stone(primarily), or some secondary objects like grains etc, that are

associated to the planet should be donated.

Stone donation is done by studying if it is going to help the poor

person or not. or choosing the right poor person.
