Guest guest
Namaste, Somebody out there please clarify this doubt. Is there any specific number of beads that should be in a Rudrksha mala that is used for wearing? Thanks and best regards, Ajith Kumar
Guest guest
Dear Ajith Ji Namaskar and thank for message.........not really limited to a specific number of beads to be worn......the Shiva Purana speaks about wearing one bead to wearing hundreds......on all parts of body and from the Suba Rai Book found on our website it states the Padanhaparsa Nirnayasindhu talks about wearing on the eyes.................. so is basicly your choice as to how many you wish to wear....Rudra Center follows the full mala or half mala or quarter mala designs that are used for Japa Malas and then the Meditation Dress that is pictured on www.rudraksha-ratna.com goes with a multitutude of Beads covering the body as outlined again in the Subas Rai Book named Rudraksha Biomedical Implications hope this helps Thanks and Take Care DD In a message dated 9/10/2005 8:36:24 AM Pacific Standard Time, akas_nair writes: > > > Namaste, > > Somebody out there please clarify this doubt. > > Is there any specific number of beads that should be in a Rudrksha mala > that is used for wearing? > > Thanks and best regards, > > Ajith Kumar > To send an email to: > > > > Links > > > > > > >
