mala of 27+1 bead

Namaste all,

 

I have a doubt regarding doing japa with sumarni japa mala (27+1

Beads). It is said that, we have to recite mantra for 108 times.

when doing japa with this 27+1 bead sumarni mala, do we have to

complete the 4 rotations of the mala in a single sitting or can we do

it at different times of the day i.e. 2 circles in the morning, 1

circle in the afternoon and one circle in the evening.

 

kindly clear my doubt.
