Guest guest
If u r strict with such things, then follow as per Shiv Purana. If u r Natha or Tantrika of Classical Lineage, do as yr guru advises. There are no strict dietary rules. One's body and its physical condition is the best guide. If some1 is anaemic and needs eat pate, liver, veal, etc for regaining health, then he/she needs to do so. These get into bloodstream quicker than vitamin supplements can rejuvenate health. But, if possible, better to observe some fasting b4 mantra session. , Vikrant <free_for_blue wrote: > > to do mantra japa does one need to strictly follow dietary restrictions as per holy text-shiv purana... > > Vikrant >
