Even sadhus nowadays have mobile phones n wear gold with chunk gems, well at least some r doing it. Real ratna, not uparatna. Swamis too. Heads of Classical Orders in India too have gold, whether worn on special occasions or stashed. Many temples in India are clad in gold. Devotees whose dreams come true donate gold to temples. U in India? Then u should already know answers to questions u asked. U in India?
