Guest guest
from a sadhu's notebook. I can feel the spiritual Presence of God only through my own soul, which stands midway between the Spirit and my ordinary human consciousness. I cannot see God with my eyes and other human senses; for that, I must borrow, or share, the subtler and more refined perceptions of my own soul. A saint from India once visited the home of some long-time american devotees, and, as soon as he entered the front door, he stopped, and, pointing at the ceiling, asked, "What is up there?". The lady of the home answered, "Why that is our worship-room were we meditate, and worship Sri Ramakrishna". And the saint praised her devotion highly saying, "The Presence of Sri Ramakrishna is very strong there". My soul feels; and speaks to me through its feelings. And, when my mind has been made calm and still and pure by means of my sadhana, it will speak directly to me of the Reality of God. It is my own soul whom I am first discovering and becoming sensitive to through sadhana. And, as I regularly perform my sadhana, my soul becomes more luminous and mature. My soul is the window through which I will one day see God, and it is the much-beloved Child of the Divine Mother, always nestled in Her Loving Arms. ------------------------ Sponsor --------------------~--> Join modern day disciples reach the disfigured and poor with hope and healing http://us.click./lMct6A/Vp3LAA/i1hLAA/XUWolB/TM --~-> <*> / <*> <*> Your
