Dear Prasana,

Sat Nam.

>  I have started doing Brain wave meditation(Lesson 22)

* Great.  This is a wonderful meditation.

in this how can we keep the the Forearms Perpendicular to the ground when

sittings in an easy pose on the ground

* Keep being aware of your arms and how the hands tend to move forward.

Adjust by moving the elbows forward.

and that too with the forefinger straight?

* Awareness and periodic adjustment is required.  Do your best to hold the

posture without stressing about perfection.  It will still work if the arms

are not perfectly parallel.  THere will always be some variation.  If found

even after 1000 days that I had to make adjustments. But I just let it be

too and many changes happened.
