Sat Nam,

Here is a good mantra that you could use for the

throat chakra. I found the best time to chant or sing

this mantra is is before sunrise.  Snatam Kaur's CD is

really good, I do think I have seen any one else

recording this mantra.

Teree Meher Daa Bolnaa

Tudh Aagai Ardasse

Guru Guru Wahe Guru

Guru Ram Das

Aad Guray Nameh

Jugaad Guray Nameh

Sat Guray Nameh

Siri Guru Dayvay Nameh

Oh Guru Ram Das, this my prayer to you.

May my words be from you and may my mind be a source

of knowledge and estasy that wisdom may come as I act

as a servant of the infinite.

I bow to the Primal Guru

I bow to the Guru throghout the ages

I bow to the Guru that is true now.

I bow to the Great Guru that will always and forever

be.

This comment is taken form the CD cover.

"This chant is (was) done by Yogi Bhajan before he

lectured.  He tunes into the Guru Ram Das and the

Golden Chain of teachers that have passed wisdom down

on this planet for centuries. If at any time you would

like to tune into this energy, or simply feel the

presence of Yogi Bhajan with you this is the perfect

mantra to chant or listen to".  Chant for 11 to 62

minutes.

Peace Love & all Light,

Guru Sadhana Seva
