Prati Paksha Bhavana and Vasana Kshayam (Part 4 of 4)

 

- The transcript of the speech given by Guruji in Devipuram on 1.4.2006

 

 

 

Disciple: Guruji, this seems to be for the highest experience to happen or

manifest. Can this principle of Prati Paksha Bhavana be applied by

everybody in

everyday life so that life becomes more enjoyable?

 

Guruji: You cannot put it into practice in everyday life, because,

everyday life

is different from the timeless experience of God. Everyday experience

or life is

concerned with movement of time. As long as movement of time is there, you

cannot relate it to the timeless experience. You've to have Kama. You

got to

have Krodha. You've to have Lobha. All these are juice of life and

Shanti is

also one of them and Bhaya, Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Mada, Matsarya, Punya

and Papa.

Without anger, you cannot put energy into your enterprise. The

enterprise comes

to a still if there is no anger. If there is no greed, there is no

capitalism.

One greedy man provides jobs for hundred people. So greed sustains the

distribution of wealth. Why does socialism work? Why does capitalism

work?

Greed of one man is life of hundred people. That is why .Moha, without

that,

you'll not build houses. You'll not build dams, atomic reactors. There

will not

be enterprises without greed. Without Moha, the family cannot survive, the

village cannot survive, the nations cannot survive. Mada is pride.

You've to

have honor. "You make me proud you son" - you say. Without pride, you

cannot

move ahead. That is also requirement. The ordinary day to day

experience is

totally different from the universal experience in the timeless

domain. That you

cannot translate into this. That is a different domain, this is different

domain. You've the memory, but you kill the clock in the computer.

What will you

see? Suppose if the computer is aware that it has got all the memory.

But it

does not sequence it through the clock. The time is clock. Tik-tok,

tik-tok.

Zero one, Zero one. That you delete! Nothing moves! Nothing can move.

In that,

every movement is a subset of that. That is the superset of this. That

is not

applicable to this domain. This domain is a qualified, a controlled and a

limited domain. These operations and laws applicable here do not

apply there.

On a database called world, you are applying

a filter and you're looking at it. What is contained here, is definitely

contained there. That is much more than what is here. Experience of

database

cannot be there experience of totality. To experience that, which

cannot be

experienced in a time bound way, which has to be experienced in a

timeless way,

the emperor's mind, The God's mind cannot be reached by time bound

thoughts.

That is why you got to kill the time. You've got to extend yourself to

minus

infinity to plus infinity in time. You've to extend your self into minus

infinity to plus infinity in space. You're such a small atom here, how

can you

experience the infinite, without getting rid of your time? Time is

Ajna Chakra,

without crossing it you cannot there.

 

Another thing is, people talk of MORE and LESS. There is an

argument, if A has

realized God and B has realized God, then what A must be talking should be

talked by B. The comparisons don't apply in infinities. A can

experience one

infinity, B can experience another infinity. Both these infinities are

equal to

the total infinity and can still be totally different from each other.

That is

why there is a variation in the content of what the seers say. It does

not have

to be same experience. Why should it be? Infinity is infinity of

infinities.

There is no concept of more or less. They are not in the domain of

infinities.

You cannot apply that idea to infinities.

 

Dattatreya says, Eat, Drink and fornicate, you'll achieve your goal. Lord

Dakshina Murthy says, avoid all these, you'll achieve your goal. Who

is right

and who is wrong. Both are right, both are wrong. The question of

right and

wrong does not apply in the domain of infinities. Right and wrong are

human

judgments. What does nature know about Human judgments? Why should it

care? It

cares only for the laws it makes. It is bound by it is laws. It's

constitution

is set of natural laws. What are the natural laws? "c", speed of light is

constant. There is time which flows. There is space which flows. There is

genetic code which decides how the evolution is going to be. You can't

modify

them. These are nature's laws. Where are good and bad in these things?

When a

bullet is aimed at a person, it goes and kills a person. You cannot

stop it from

killing. That is nature's law. Nature does not take compassion on a

person and

tells " Oh bullet, please do not kill the person". It doesn't say

that. It is

not bound by human judgments. Human judgments are such a small thing

in the

infinity of cosmos. Can a blood cell in you dictate what you should

think and

what you should do? You are infinity of cells. How can one cell

dictate what you

should do? We're carried away by words. We should go behind the

screen of the

words and find out what is the reality that they're talking about.

Sometimes

they talk sense, sometimes they talk nonsense. I'm not convinced that

everybody

is talking sense, including me. Enough for today ?

This is fantastic.

 

How ever may I put a view point on..

 

"That is why .Moha, without that, you'll not build houses."

The same is said for anger and other emotions.

 

But then why do a something out of an emotion? Why not do something because

it has to be done. I built a house because its needed for staying. If I

could stay in somewhere else I would be fine.. Why does Moha needs to

motivate it.. ? Off course the bigger reason was my wife wants it.. and my

Mataji said that I should do it. If she is taken out of the picture.. then I

dont care if there is a house or not. If there is good.. if there is not

then great..

 

Again why does anger needs to fuel an enterprise.. Why not start an

enterprise just because it needs to be done? It may not have happened, among

the people we know but doesnt means it has never happened..

 

Isnt that what Gita Says? Do it because it must be done.. dont get involved

in it.. Be like a lotus, even when it has water all around, its never in

water. And then you shall be out of karma, which in turn will end your

"death - birth" cycle? My 2 Cents.
