Guest guest
Hi Alok, Can you please send me a photo of the proposed Lakshmi Shank? I was sold a Lightning Whelk as a Lakshmi Shank back in Sri Lanka in 1980, at that time I didn't know about the "ridges" in the conch cavaty nor what was a Whelk... so I paid $300. Then I thought, "$300/-!!?? How could a fabled Lakshmi Conch possibly be so cheap that even a poor man as me can own one!? Now, many years later I have a REAL Valampuri Lakshmi Shank that cost me exactly $3,000 or ten times more than the Whelk had cost at $300. So, can we say that the difference between REAL and FALSE is 10 times!? Just a thought... Best rgds, Richard sacred-objects, "a_jagawat" <a_jagawat> wrote: > > Dear Sir, > > I am still confused.
