Sat Nam,

here are questions on topics I'd like to study:

- Has Yogi Bhajan left notes regarding the use of herbs for healing ?

- Does anybody know the buddhist tradition in which Lilan Po became Mahan

Trantric ?

Thank you Thorsten

Plenty of info was left and one can find it in titles such as "Foods for
Health and Healing" (
the "Ancient Art of Self Healing". You will have to Google a source for this
one. Try Amazon. It's a must for anyone wanting to get the full value of
Kundalini Yoga and YB's teachings. It is much more than a commodity. It's a
lifestyle and for many of us it can't be any other way.
One thing to note - you find the info offered in way to handle specific
problems/situations. Most of the it is given in a casual, organic manner.
The foundation for much of what he  offered is the Ayurvedic tradition
(applied Yogic Science).

Yogi Bhajan's teacher, Sant Hazara Singh, was the Mahan Tantric. Was he in
"the" Buddhist tradition? Judging from his name, he was not in the
mainstream way we think of Buddhism.* When he died the energy moved to one
of his students, a Tibetan, Lama Lilan Po.  In 1971 the Mahan Tantric energy
moved to Yogi Bhajan when Lama Lilan Po died.
From 1971 till 1986, Yogi Bhajan toured the world teaching about 33 White
Tantric courses each year. He said that he taught White Tantric more than
anyone else in its 5000 year old history.
I hope that helps,
Dharam

* In watching the DVD "Yogis of Tibet", one can see the influence that the
Tibetan Tradition has had on Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
