SatNam,

Thanks for Replying to my query but my doubt is still not resolved.

Should the elbows be bent 90 Deg during this meditation?but only if

the elbows are not straight then only the fore arms will be

perpendicular as mentioned,but for this i will have to lift by body

(trunk)  and rest my weight on my forearms/Palms?

Kindly clarify further or can u just sketch the postion of the Hand?

Bring your arms and hands up to your sides with your palms facing forward.

Then raise only the first two fingers with the thumb around the other

fingers.
