Should the elbows be bent 90 Deg during this meditation?but only if the elbows are not straight then only the fore arms will be perpendicular as mentioned,but for this i will have to lift by body (trunk) and rest my weight on my forearms/Palms? Kindly clarify further or can u just sketch the postion of the Hand? Then raise only the first two fingers with the thumb around the other fingers.
