Guest guest
HELLO I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE UNITED STATED FOR 11 YEARS AND I AM ONLY 20 AND MY PARENTS ARE ILLEGAL. I CAME IN THIS COUNTRY WHEN I WAS A CHILD AND I HAD NO SAY WHEN MY PARENTS BOUGHT ME HERE. i AM NOW STARTING COLLEGE IN SEPTEMBER AND I AM VERY SCARED I MIGHT GET SENT BACK BECAUSE OF THE LAW. I CANNOT GO BACK TO MY COUNTRY BECAUSE I WILL NOT SURVIVE THERE. I AM CONTINUING MY DEVOTION FOR KRISHNA BUT I KNOW EVERYTHING IS MATERIAL ESPECIALLY HAVING A GREENCARD BUT ITS VERY ESSENTIAL THAT I GET IT TO CONTINUE LIVING HERE. I REALLY NEED HELP BUT I DO NOT WANT TO ASK KRISHNA FOR ANYTHING YET I NEED HELP. WHAT CAN I DO? I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR REPLIES TO MY QUESTION THANK YOU. shvu
That is an unfortunate situation. Since you cannot do much here, hope for the best, but also be prepared for the worst-case possibility of getting shipped back to your home country. You should evaluate the possibility of re-entering the US legitimately. That should be possible in your case as you were a minor when you entered the US and lived there as an illegal immigrant. You cannot be blamed because your parents broke the law. Find a good immigrant lawyer (good lawyers cost big $$$) and examine your options. Things may not be so bleak after all. Good luck! krishnadasa
I guess if you are really a servant of the lord, there is no harm in asking \krishna for anything. Afterall whom do u call if u re in danger! in one or other way u shud be calling Krishna. Krishna never minds as u re really in trouble...(He is named as Bhakthavatsala, Apathbandahva and by many more names- meaning he is the real helper) One should not ask for material comfort , but one can certainely beg for materail necessity!!
