Sat Nam,

Let me introduce myself- Karta Purkh Singh.

I mentored in herbal medicine and Ayurveda with Yogi Bhajan for

32 years, until his recent passing. I daresay I was the main herb student. I

started the Yogic Herbs company (3R, 7R and all that) 26 years ago.

I work as the head development chemist at Golden Temple, the

home of Peace Cereals and Yogi Tea.

I teach extensively on the Ayurvedic, nutritional and herbal

methods of Yogi Bhajan.

I concur that the book mentioned earlier, Foods for Health and

Healing, is an excellent resource.

Please feel free to connect with me for info on Yogi Bhajan’s teachings in

these areas.

Siri Singh Sahib once said to me, “Parsley is as much a part of Kundalini

Yoga as camel pose.”

(Hey, if that’s true, eating a little parsley is a lot less rigorous than

camel pose….) :-) :-)
