Guest guest
Dear Bhagavatas, I have a query regarding the Karpoora Aarathi. Why is that Vishishtadvaitins do not take Karpoora Aarathi like other brahmins or for that matter the rest of the bhaktas. We rather perform an anjali to the Karpura aarthi. Also I learnt from other postings that presence of Agni in the palm could be one of the reasons for this behaviour. But is this not true for all of the brahmins et al. Why only for the Vishishtadvaitins. I tend to believe that there could be a more philosophical reason for the same. Kindly request the bhagavatas to enlighten me regarding this behaviour of ours.
