Dear Srivaishnavas,

 

aDiyEn has been to navathirupathi and nearby

divyadesams.. Adiyen express my heart felt gratitude

to SrI M. R. Ramanujam swami and SrI Pakshirajan

swamin for hosting me for 3 days of my stay. Ramanujam

swami accomadated me like a family member and took the

effort to come with me to all the navathiruppathi

temples and to thirukkurunkudi. adiyen finds no words

to thank him for his hospitality. two months back

adiyen wrote a series on bhavishyadacharyan sannidhi,

and soon after that adiyen was blessed with the trip

to azhwar thirunagari, and could stay there for 3

days. adiyen is thankful to SrI mukund for hosting the

pictures in pbase.

Let me share with you some pictures, which I took

during my trip.

In this I-part, aDiyEn sends the link of

bhavishyadacharyan sannidhi at azhwar thirunagari .

(Let's start from this great Acharyan...)

 

please note that emperumanar utsavar, which was

created by madhurakavi azhwar, by the divine order of

nammazhwar, called bhavishyad acharyan, always adorns

"Vellai Sathu padi" since the becoming of emperumanar

a sanyasi was avathara rahasya. even then, the

divyamangala vigraham adorns, sikhai, pavithram, and

yajnopavitham. kindly look at the close up pictures.

The moovalar thirumeni is adorned with ochre robes

Alavanthar and thirukkachi nambikal are also present

in the sannidhi.

 

azhwar thirunagari has 4 thiruvenkatamudayan

sannidhis, facing all 4 directions. and emperumanar

sannidhi holds one of the thiruvenkatamudayan, facing

east. in the garbha griham there is a divyamangala

vigraham of varadaraja perumal

 

the next day of adiyens trip, was chithirai of masi

month. even though a small goshti was present. it was

a wonderful day with thiruppavai, iramanuja

nuttanthathi and gadyathraya goshti with satthumurai.

both in the morning and in the evening. the first

thirtham is given to vainathEya ramAnuja emperumanar

jiyar. whos picture also i am attaching. jiyer swamis

health went fragile in the last few months.

 

The iramanuja chathurvedi mangalam

when thiruvaymozhi piLLai came to azhwar thirunagari,

it has become a forest, after the invasions. He

identified, the thiruppuli azhwar, and tied his

uththariyam around thiruppuli azhwar, and ordered to

cut down all the trees except the sacred tree. He

reinstated azhwar thirunagari to its back glory. And

while digging near the thiruppuli azhwar, his weapon

struck with the bhavishyadacharyan vigraham and blood

oozed out. He immediately recognized the apacharam.

And built the iramanuja chathurvedi mangalam. And

arranged for the residence of acharyas there, the

centre temple of ramanuja chathuvedi mangalam is the

bhavishyadacharyan sannidhi. One can still see the

blow of the digging weapon on emperumanar uthsavars

head. Which is always covered with a golden kavacham.

The first sannidhi of iramanuja chathuvedi mangalam is

kuraththazhwan sannidhi, along with swami paraSara

bhattar. Then next is thiruvaymozhi piLLai

thirumaligai, where the descendents of thiruvaymozhi

piLLai live. Thiruvaymozhi piLLai is called "KAdu

vETTI" with great affection to him due to the revival

of the azhwar thirunagari. The next sannidhi is

thiruvaymozhi piLLai sannidhi with uyyakondar, and

thirumaligai perumals. ( I will come to that later).

The next and the central sannidhi is emperumanar.

Which holds thirukkachi nambikal uthsavar, and

alavanthar. Thirukkachi nambikal sannidhi is separate

but, it is closed due to unfortunate circumstances.

Then there is periyanambikal sannidhi too which is

also maintained by thiruvaymozhi piLLai thirumaligai.
