One of the most important Ayurvedic herbs for you is Shatavari. It balances

the hormone production. It is NOT hormone replacement but works on the system

to balance your own production of hormones. All of the info Dharam sent is

excellent! If you are experiencing excess flow that is seen Ayurvedically as high

Pitta. Chyanvanprash would be important also for you as well as following a

Pitta reducing or balancing regime. Some other suggestions and good foods for

reproductive health also included. Have you seen a practitioner to rule out

endometriosis? Answering the questions Dharam presented would be useful for us to

be able to send more suggestions for you.

To help regulate your moon cycle.

Oil: add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1 tsp. almond oil to

your diet everyday.

Aromatherapy and Oil Massage: I have a few products that will help balance

your cycle. Moon Rub is an aromatherapy oil that you massage on the lower

abdomen to help regulate the cycle. Ayurvedic Women's Spray is a spray that contains

aromatherapy to balance hormones.

Evening Primrose Oil Capsules

Use raspberries, pears, blueberries, and bananas in your diet. A smoothie of

all of these each morning with no added sugar or ice would be beneficial.

Eggplant

Figs

2 solid, 2 liquid meals per day

1 banana in the morning

1 spoon of raisins at 4 p.m. (energy)

Mango

Pears, Peaches (complexion& healthy reproductive system)

Turmeric (minimum 2 TBS weekly)...Golden Milk is a great way to get the

minimum suggestion. good for skin, mucous membranes, strong bones, cleanses

Chakras, purifies the nadis, helps stretch ligaments. Also used to lubricate joints,

purify blood, induces sleep, and is a natural antibiotic. At least 1 cup

daily; and then a few days before your cycle is to start, 3 cups daily.

Wheat berries soaked and then cooked

Yogurt, Green chilies, beets, beet greens, sesame oil

*Yogi Tea (1-2 days drinking only Yogi Tea cleans out the system...at least 1

cup daily for health.)

Ginger Tea (especially during moon cycle)
