It seemed as though when I got a craving it came from the solar plexus area. There is a mediation to get ride of addiction. It might be a good idea to watching your diet, you are most likely going to gain some weight. I got this meditation form book. It seems to be the most populer meditation for quting smoking. 1. Sit in easy pose with a straight spine, making sure the first six vertebrae are locked forward. 2. Make fists with both hands and extend the thumbs straight out. 3. Place the thumbs on the temples and find the niche where the thumbs fit just right. 4. Lock the back molars together and keep the lips closed. The molars will alternately tighten, then release; right than left. It is a side to side motion. 5. You should feel the alternating motion under the thumbs at the temple. Keep firm pressure applied on the temples. Keep the mouth closed, focus at the brow point, and mentally hear the sound of SA TA NA MA, one sound for each pressing of the molars.
