Guest guest
Sat Nam, everyone, I'd like to share some experiences that have happened lately. Here goes: Loving animals as we do, I've noticed how trusting and open they can be. An example; on nature walks, or putting out food for the wildlife, there is no fear of me. Once the food is gone they'll go on as if this body is all a part of the landscape. Our dogs can sense moods and the energy of the household. During sadhana, Max (a very big dog) will join me and listen while I chant or sing the mantra of the day, & during deep relaxing he often falls asleep at my side on the floor. He responds to the vibrations just as we do. This week I've been experiencing/experimenting with the energy I'm sending out. Am I calm, confident, discerning, optimistic? Do I remain neutral while in an exchange with someone or the surroundings. Comfortable or uncomfortable and why or what story has created the tension? Where do I feel it in my body? Are my butterflies flying in a formation or are they flying in out of formation (how about they're just flying, and that's it!!!) The butterflies are always in my solar plexus, and/or my heart center. Now there's another observation point! Recently, I apologized to someone I love for a pretty minor slight, while expressing myself, a flood of tears came. The emotion didn't match the deed, digging deeper feeling the heat rise to my chest, neck, top of my head and one side of my head to the other (ear to ear) isn't that an arc line?). Physically speaking it felt like a volcano had erupted and at the end the tension was released washed away in a river of clean water. For the larger part of the week I had been doing the kriya for inner anger and chanting, again feeling lots of heat, sweating at the end (only doing minimum times also) wondering if it was doing any good hmmm? almost falling asleep during deep relax. I didn't put the two incidents together immediately. Remorse and Anger. The mental and physical senses feel lighter. Guest guest
Dear Kathleen, Sat Nam. Thank you so much for sharing. I always love hearing how practicing KY transforms our lives. This is great how you are xperiencing/experimenting with the energy you are sending out. These are great guidelines to follow -- Am I calm, confident, discerning, optimistic? Do I remain neutral while in an exchange with someone or the surroundings. Comfortable or uncomfortable and why or what story has created the tension? Where do I feel it in my body? Are my butterflies flying in a formation or are they flying in out of formation (how about they're just flying, and that's it!!!) The butterflies are always in my solar plexus, and/or my heart center. * KY is the yoga of awareness. We have to cultivate awareness. It doesn't just happen. Your experimentation is an effective way to cultivate awareness. Excellent! >digging deeper feeling the heat rise to my chest, neck, top of my head and one side of my head to the other (ear to ear) isn't that an arc line?). * Yes. Physically speaking it felt like a volcano had erupted and at the end the tension was released washed away in a river of clean water. * That is the inner anger set working. Feeling lighter is a wonderful result. KY works. We just have to do it. And if we pay attention to ourselves and our experiences we can gain a deep satisfaction from how we are dealing with life and evolving. Keep up your dedication to your soul's evolution. Progress is being made! Many blessings, Gururattana :+) Kundalini Yoga, Books, Videos and DVDs on Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Mantra CDs Terms of Service. Guest guest
Hi, Kathleen. sounds like you are getting rid of some garbage that you don´t need. It´s always great to get a breakthrough to encourage us to continue our commitment to KY. How many days are you into inner anger? It really works the abs that´s for sure. I had a similar experience of crying for no apparent reasons about 60 days into sodarshan kriya. I´m now at about 75 day and plan to continue to 120. Some days 9mins some 11mins. It´s working. I´m also feeling heat in ceratin areas of the body. (shins, chest, foot and Hand tremors. Could a more experienced person offer an explanation as to what is going on?. wahe guru!!!!! -Chris, madrid How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
