Membership of (NE BBT) name of conference conferences

I suspect that this is, in part, because WinCom very nicely sends an

automated message whenever anyone tries to join a private conference, like

so:

I would like to become a member of (NE-BBT) Three Month Reports.

Could you please add me?

Maybe WinCom should be programmed to leave out the NE-BBT conferences or to

somehow discourage membership requests.
