I am especially interested in <what> to eat and <when> to eat. There is a best seller called 'Fit for life' by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond. It's available on www.amazon.com. These people are against eating meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, chocolate, smoking, synthetic drinks and other processed foods. They recommend a complete menu for four weeks as an example of what to eat and when to eat. We may not follow it exactly, but it gives pretty good ideas which are compatible with devotees' restrictions. Mainly they recommend eating only fruits in the morning, and to have grains only at lunch, and some at dinner. There is a lot of other stuff as well. I have been following it for a little while, and feel great so far: no over eating, no indigestion, loss of weight around the waist.
