I have uploaded following files to "Programs":

 

PP89.ZIP (53k) Paginate & Print v89 (for XT)

PPNT89.ZIP (68k) Paginate & Print v89 (for Win 9x and NT)

 

Fixed bugs:

 

- Since version 67 non-scalable HP fonts did not work.

- If there were not enough pages to fill a booklet (option -c),

then some pages have not been printed.
