I have uploaded CHARCNV5.ZIP (8'698 bytes) containing CHARCONV.EXE.

 

This version also supports the conversion from or to Macintosh 'Sanskrit'

encoding (which is used in the Mac Sanskrit fonts whic I just uploaded).

 

It is a MSDOS program.
