Yes. (Maybe I can add the personal setting "(Show) My Texts (also)" to COM.)

If the moderator is a nice moderator, he/she will tell you if he/she decided

not to post your text. Even for unrestricted conferences you cannot be sure

whether your text remained in the conference or not. I for example as the

organizer of "(Computer) Programs (devotee-made)" remove texts from this

conference if they have nothing to do with devotee-made programs and move

them to a suitable conference.
