How do I send a message to someone who is online in Telnet?

That means that he was not on-line when you executed the "Send" command.

Maybe he was on-line a few seconds before.

 

Also note that WinCOM does not notify the user that he received an instant

message while he was on-line, and WinCOM does not put that message in the

filing cabinet.
