Address book changes are not reported

The address book changes are not reported in following cases:

 

- In the Address Book Options you never changed "Report changes on".

This is a bug in WinCOM and the work-around is following:

--> In the Address Book Options switch off "Report changes on PAMHO"

and click "OK", then again open the Address Book Options and

switch on again "Report changes on PAMHO" and click "OK".

 

- In the Login Option "Download address book changes" is off.

--> Switch on that option.

 

- The address book is empty.

--> Download the address book by "Commands" / "Download address book".

 

- In the Address Book Options "Report changes on PAMHO" is off.

--> Switch on that option.

 

I none of above helped, please tell me.
