Several members of the Iskcon group, Temples, Publishing, etc, have ask

the Bankruptcy court to "reorganize "them ,contending they can not pay

the judgments about 90 Iskcon students have taken against some of them.

 

As a part of that process, all potential claimants are ask to file

claims in the bankruptcy court and then the court will decide what

portion of the Iskcon group assets the claimants should receive, if any.

Once this particularly group is release by the bankruptcy court they

can not be sued again.

 

Unless a student who has a damage claim , asserts it before the

deadline, they may be forever barred from claiming against these

particular defendants, but not against other possible defendants.

I just got off the phone with ManasaGanga prabhu, who is such a sweet

lady.

I told her that the Gurukuli's would like to know where to send their

condolences, as you wondered if I knew. She gave me an email address.

wishes there. Any opinons or curiosties should not be sent there. Such

things can be disturbing to parents.

 

ManasaGanga prabhu has also askd me to relay to you that Gurukilil's may

 

come to her home. She feels that Druva's friends should be welcomed

there.

The kindness of this devotee is incredible. Though I feel some of her

strength comes from the encouraging words of the devotees. Everyone who

has

some good words, or nice stories about Druva, or something genuinely
