Guest guest
WinCOM has following built-in rules: Texts in a conference where you are a member are put in the box with the name of the conference. This rule cannot be switched off. If in the General Options "File letters according to the person" and "Create boxes in 'Letters' when filing" are both on, then all letters from and to a person are put in a seperate box. If "Subboxes in In-Basket/Letters" is also on, then WinCOM does this already in the In-Basket. If the option "File letters according to the person" is on but "Create boxes in 'Letters' when filing" is off, then WinCOM puts the letter in the separate box only if the box already exists. Otherwise it files the letters to "General". If you receive letters from a mail list, then amongst the conferences in the In-Basket create a box with the e-mail address of the mail list as the name. Then WinCOM will put mail in that mail list into that box. Then you can also create simple rules for filing texts based on the name or e-mail address (if there is no name) of the sender/receiver: In the names of boxes you can include filter strings for filing texts. For example: Jayapataka Swami Disciples [*JPS] Prabhupada Disciples [*Swami][*ACBSP] Sales [sales@*] ys Ramakanta dasa
