Who is tasting the nectar?

My Dear Vaisnavas,

Please accept my humble obeisances.

All glories to His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada.

It's obvious that this boy Sudama missed out. He was not sitting

there at Srila Prabhupada's lotus feet in Mayapur in 1975 when he

instructed us, his disciples, to become initiating gurus after his

departure. He probably wasn't even born yet. And we are supposed to

listen to him? What a joke! These "johnny-come-latelies" who were

not here when Srila Prabhupada was with us think that they can rewrite

the philosophy to suit their own purpose.

They claim to be disciples of Srila Prabhupada, but they are not.

They have invented a "Srila Prabhupada" according to their own

fertile imaginations as the object of their surrender. It's just

like when the Bhagavatam describes the liberation of the Mayavadis

as "vimukti maninas" or liberation in the mind only. They think they

are disciples of Srila Prabhupada, when in fact they devotees only of

their minds. It's too bad they are not connecting with the real Srila

Prabhupada. Then they would actually taste the transcendental happiness

that they are not experiencing now.

Compare Back to Godhead Magazine with the IRM's Back to Prabhupada

magazine and you'll see who is tasting the nectar and who is tasting

the poison. Which magazine is full of venomous Vaisnava aparadha and

which magazine is full of the sweet glorification of Krishna and the

conscientious explication of Krishna's teachings?

Hoping this meets you in good health,

Always your humble servant,

Sankarshan Das Adhikari

Initiations in ISKCON

RE: Pure devotee

The IRM did not state that no one was 'competent' to continue the

disciplic succession. All that was stated is that Srila Prabhupada

never authorized his disciples to become diksa gurus. There is a big

difference between being competent to do something and being ORDERED to

do so.

Beside the simple fact that Prabhupada never authorized any of his

disciples to become diksa gurus, one could certainly question the

competency of the gurus based on their poor track record.
