LORD'S APPEARANCE DAY (Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu) Tomorrow, Saturday, March 6, 2004, every Hare Krishna centre around the world will celebrate a great feast, to honour the coming of the Lord on this planet, 518 years ago, under the form of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, the golden avatara: there will be many chants, traditional ceremonies, conferences, variety shows (Indian dance, theatre, etc.), and a big vegetarian dinner: a perfect chance to find a good spiritual atmosphere, calming and relaxing: you are all invited, please contact the centre more near to you, to know the schedule. TELE KRISHNA CENTRALE 100 TV-shows with short-movies and documentaries are the present archive of our stations, broadcasting all around the world through two channels: Italian and English language with full playlist (we are gradually making available every single file). We actived also a "live" channel, at present we are broadcasting audio and video from the world's head-quartiers of the International Society for Krishna consciousness, in Mayapur (India), during this Gaura Purnima 2004 Festival, the Lord Caitanya's appearance day (special thanks to Tridandi das and bhakta Fabio from Terni, Italy, who made this possible). We will start, within a few days, to broadcast from Medolago Temple (near Milan, North Italy), morning and evening spiritual program, Sunday feast etc. To receive it, a simple compatible player such as Windows Media Player, Real One Player or DivX Player is required. For their intercession she was able to go in India, visiting before Vrindavan and finally Mayapur, where she is now attending to the Festival, as she wanted from 30 years ! Her conditions are apparently steady, but we don't know when the Lord will take her with Him. However she is happy to feel herself in His hands and in His devotee's hands, and she is ready to face with serenity, thanks all of you, the most important time of the life, coming back to God, in the spiritual world, anytime it will be. Thank you again to all of you, Hare Krishna ! REPORT OF FOOD FOR LIFE VRINDAVANA Dear friends, the activities of Food for Life Vrindavan are going on nicely. The second floor of our Sandipani Muni School is now completed and and we will be able to give shelter to 500 children. At the moment we have about 300 kids, only 203 have been sponsored. All the information about our activities are described in our yearly newsletter which will be published within this month.
