You can simply add the other person as a receiver to the text with the attached file. If you want to write a new letter, check "The file is already on PAMHO" when you attach the file. In this case enter the file name as it is on the PAMHO server and not as on your computer. You can see the file name when you open the text with the attached file, or do "Commands" -> "List Files". Also note that WinCOM 43 (and earlier) limits the file names of attached files to 31 characters.
