Dear Bhakta Deepak, PAMHO. AGTSP!

Srila Prabhupada several times said that the Krsna consciousness movement is

eternal:

Initiation of Bali-mardana -- Montreal, July 29, 1968:

similarly this Krsna consciousness movement is also the oldest and eternal.

Srila Prabhupada Teaches Nrsimha Prayers -- Los Angeles, August 2, 1970:

Similarly, there may be many hundreds of thousand temples in India, still

our this society, ISKCON, should have their own temples. That is the way

since time immemorial. There are hundreds and thousands of temples. So my

advice to you, I am old man. So even I may not return, you shall continue

this Krsna consciousness movement. This is eternal and I shall request you

to keep the standard as I have already given you the program.

Letter to: Govinda -- Bombay, 8 May, 1974

This movement is eternal.

Room Conversation -- July 7, 1976, Baltimore:

Rupanuga: ...how you explained that our movement is eternal.

Prabhupada: Hmm? Yes.

Dear Ramakanta prabhu,

As you well know,we are living in the Kali Yuga, of

which the first 10,000 years is the golden age.

Prabhupada has clearly stated that the chanting of

God's Names will continue during the golden age but

after that, devotees will be forced to go into hiding;

they will even be hunted. Your references to Krsna

Consciousness being eternal must be true because

Prabhupada quoted it and Krsna and His pure associates

are eternal but the material world is temporary. Krsna

descends from time to time within the material world

to reestablish the principles of KC because in fact

they have become lost. In reading the quotes by Srila

Prabhupada, it is accurate to say that Krsna

Consciousness existed before the material creation and

will exist after the material creation. It is the

oldest religion on the planet; in addition, it is the

eternal religion of all entities in the spiritual

abodes.

Hoping you are happily engaged in the service of

Guru and Gauranga!

ys,

Mahashakti dasa
