devotees)" <Jobs (AT) pamho (DOT) net>

This conference should help all devotees who are desirous of finding paid

employment find jobs/careers that suit their aspirations. It will also help

devotee employers find the right talent for the role. This will ensure that

we dont settle for anybody but the best for the job at hand and hence

professionalism should improve in ISKCON and all our KC endeavors should

find greater success by the grace of Guru and Gauranga.

 

Also in this conference we could find a way by which devotees could post

their resumes for general viewership. This way prospective employers can

sift through resumes and approach good candidates.

 

We could also use this forum to link various devotees with people all over

the world to further their business interests also. By using devotees in

another part of the world as our links to other people in that place, we and

our business counterparts can be reassured that everyones interest will be

protected in business. This way we can carry on our business with

reassurance in newer areas. This also gives devotees in that location more

earning opportunities and exposure to newer businesses. Win - Win for all

concerned.

 

I welcome your suggestions and advice to effectively run this conference. I

am new at running a conference on pamho though i have moderated various

conferences in etc.

Working with Olam International(www.olamonline.com) as a Sr Branch Manager

in the cashew procurement, processing and export operations.

 

Olam is a commodity trading MNC based out of singapore and deals in cashew,

coffee, cocoa, rice, sugar, timber, pulses and spices.

 

Qualifications: Marine Engineer with an MBA in Marketing.

 

Experience: 3 years post MBA and under a year after engineering. Have good

experience in managing businesses in Olam and dealing with people from all

walks of life and various nationalities. Lots of labor management experience

and handling emergencies and crises of various kinds and dealing with

various agencies both government/public and private.

 

Key strength: Innovation and Improvisation

 

Interests: Managing businesses, projects for ISKCON or devotees.

 

Remuneration: Jobs - US/European MBA pay scales.
