Balaram and His Non-Different Forms are not supposed to be on the same altar as Sri Sri Radha & Krsna since elder brother of the husband and his wife are not to be together. There is a custom like that which is followed in Deity Worship. You can ask your Spiritual Master or guide specifically which Deities you want to keep on the altar together for permission.
