Normally in kali yuga mental sinful actions don't have reactions unless you act on the thoughts. It isn't so clear about offenses to devotees. Offenses are more then sinful acts as they are connected to the Lord. I would carefully avoid offenses to Lord Sri Krishna and His pure devotees everywhere and anytime and particularly in the holy Dhama.
