The GBC did not make themselve the Absolute Authority. Srila Prabhupada

gave them

the position. He gave them the responsibility to be the executors of his

will.

Like it or not Srila Prabhupada made them the authority. They did not make

themselves

the authority. Krishnapriya's false claim is pure rubbish. She wants to

stop them

from executing the service given to them by Srila Prabhpuada. Who does she

think she

is?

The following is a quote from the purport to CC, Adi Lila 7.83

A sincere student aurally receives the holy name from the spiritual master,

and after

being initiated he follows the regulative principles given by the spiritual

master. When

the holy name is properly served in this way, automatically the spiritual

nature of the

holy name spreads; in other words, the devotee becomes qualified in

offenselessly chanting

the holy name. When one is completely fit to chant the holy name in this

way, he is eligible

to make disciples all over the world, and he actually becomes jagad-guru.

Then the entire

world, under his influence, begins to chant the holy names of the Hare Krsna

maha-mantra.

Re: Srila Prabhupad is the Jagat Guru, the rest are just

pretending......

Hare Krishna Joey,

I do not mind you asking me question or not agreeing with me or whatever. I

do mind the socalled close disciples of Srila Prahbupada not understanding

our spiritual master though....

<<<<<I have one more question and then

I will bow out of this conversation. Suppose you are right, and Ritvik was

Srila Prabhupada's desire. What does it matter? He also left the GBC in

charge.>>>>>

The GBC was meant to carry out the instructions of Srila Prabhupada. Since

they have made themselves into 'absolute authority' of ISKCON, there seems

to be indeed very little that can be done to stop them......
