After Pancha-tattva Update came out with mesurements for Pancha-tattva, some devotees requested mesurements for small Radha-Madhava, ones that go on the elephant around ISKCON Mayapur compound every week-end in the evening. In attachement is a file (313 KB), from which anyone who wants to make an outfit for small Radha-Madhava can get the mesurements. Thanks to Hemagopi Mataji for giving this idea.
