Initiations in ISKCON

RE: ISKCON is saving the world, Krishna Kant. Either join us or get

of the way.

Dear Sankarsana Prabhu

With regard to Krishnakant Prabhu you say:

>apologize for your multitudinous offenses and become a surrendered

>member of the ISKCON team. Now you are trying to destroy ISKCON. We

>shudder to think of how angry Srila Prabhupada is with you right now.

Yet one year ago, on this forum, you stated:

"I'd like to thank Krishna Kant and the all the IRM devotees for challenging

us to ever more scrutinizingly analyze the instructions of our most beloved

Founder-Acharya to make sure we are fully aligned with his instructions. To

always remain introspective when one is on the pathway of spiritual

enlightenment is of the utmost importance. Our dear IRM compatriots have

certainly greatly facilitated us in this regard.

It's especially nice that Krishna Kant has agreed to join our discussion. He

is no doubt one of the most powerful spiritual leaders on the planet today.

His direct participation will certainly make our discussion far more

fruitful. Krishna Kant and I have had such a long-standing correspondence

relationship that he has become for me just like an old friend. I have no

doubt learned a lot about proper Vaisnava dealings through my association

with him, and I feel that I can continue to grow as a Vaisnava through my

association with him. Even though he and I stand on two sides of an issue we

stand united in our desire to serve and please Srila Prabhupada. This is

why in spite of our differences I consider his association to be a great

blessing. If he and I were physically in same room right now I would give

him a warm hug."

Would you like to explain how "one of the most powerful spiritual leaders on

the planet", from whom you have "no doubt learned a lot about proper

Vaisnava dealings", through whose association you feel you can "continue to

grow as a Vaisnava", with whom you stand "united in our desire to serve and

please Srila Prabhupada", and whose association you consider to be "a great

blessing", can simultaneously be a "multitudinous offender", someone who is

"trying to destroy ISKCON" and with whom Srila Prabhupada is "angry"?
