Guest guest
Bhaktivedanta Leadership Newsletter The Best Service Make your program simple, that is to say, always make sure that you are somehow or other engaged in Krishna's service, and the best service is preaching or engaging others in Krishna's service. So continue in this way and be happy. (Letter to Srutadeva, Melbourne, 19 May 1975) Editor's Note Engaging others by delegating effectively is essential for expanding the mission of Krsna consciousness. As a leader, are you a problem solver or a facilitator? You may reply: it depends on whom I'm dealing with. That's a valid point. However, are there situations where you could ast as a facilitator, instead of a problem solver? Are you patient enough? It may be that asking devotees to do something again, or to think how to do it better, may help them grow, instead of you jumping in so that task can be completed efficiently. As a leader, are you equally focused on helping devotees grow by taking more responsibility, as you are focused on acomplishing tasks?
