Dr. Patel: There is, sir, one matter in Ayurvedas, svay€mbu cikits€, wherein

people are drinking their own urine, because urine is not only water and

waste products but there are certain broken, I mean what you call important

articles, of body maintainence.

Prabhup€da: So those.... You are advising your patients to go and drink...?

Dr. Patel: No, I don’t say. But that is not so bad, because it contains

those hormones.... (Prabhup€da breaks in laughing) It does contain the

hormones, I mean it has been analyzed like that, scientifically. It is not

to be joked about.

Prabhup€da: No. It is analyzed. And stool is full of hydrophosphites. Yes,

that is another.... Stool is full of hydrophosphites.

Dr. Patel: (Hindi to another man) They are bringing.... There is a matter in

cikits€ in Ayurveda. Svay€mbu. What is that called? So, Mr.... our er, Mr.

Desai. Morarji...

Prabhup€da: He is drinking?

Dr. Patel: ...who lost his premiership of India, he is drinking his own

urine.

Dr. Patel: Yes. He is drinking.

Dr. Patel: And look at him. He’s so, I mean, so absolutely healthy. I mean

it is, we should not laugh about it, but there is something right in it.

Just consider the sun. The sun is absorbing urine. Can you drink urine? If

you want to imitate the sun—“Oh, here is the sun absorbing urine. Let me

Just like the sun. Sun is so powerful that it can soak water from the urine,

or from the stool, but it still is sun. But if you imitate sun and you...

Nowadays, it is going on. The urine is turned into water and they drink. And

from stool they are getting fat. So these things are going on. But we should

The sun is absorbing urine. Can you drink urine? If you want to imitate sun,

“Oh, here is sun absorbing urine. Let me drink urine,’’ can you? Tej…yas€ˆ

na do€ya. He is powerful. He can do everything. Therefore we cannot imitate

The example is given that the sunshine is soaking urine. Can you imitate

that, you drink urine? So tej…yas€ˆ na do€ya. If Christ has done something,

he is Lord Jesus Christ, he might have done it for some purpose, but we

cannot follow that. We have to follow what he has ordered.---Morning Walk

 

Ap€pa-viddham. P€pa means sinful. Just like the sun is powerful. It can
