Guest guest
Dear Maharaja, Matajis and Prabhus. While sending my first letter of reminding on proper behavior, I received Maharaja's reply. He mentions Srimad-Bhagavatam (1.7.41-58), and I think that especially this verse may be of some interest to some of you: TRANSLATION If the kingly administrative order, being unrestricted in sense control, offends the br€hmaa order and enrages them, then the fire of that rage burns up the whole body of the royal family and brings grief upon all. PURPORT The br€hmaa order of society, or the spiritually advanced caste or community, and the members of such highly elevated families, were always held in great esteem by the other, subordinate castes, namely the administrative kingly order, the mercantile order and the laborers. I was a member of this thread and I was standing quietly, not objecting immediately. Therefore I'm as quilty as others. I'm sorry for my mistake, and I understand that I cannot be forgiven for my ignorance. Let it happen, what needs to happen. Maharaja, please accept my fully prostrated dandavats, hoping to be able to serve you some day. your servant Giri-nayaka das BVS > Parivadi says: > > >We really have > >other areas of concern in ISKCON!!! Guest guest
Dear devotees, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Thank you to Maharaja for the very relevant chapter section from Srimad-Bhagavatam. I often misunderstand things and I hope I am wrong when I sense an insinuation in related mails (from other devotees) that Mother Sita and other participants in the discussion may be less than brahmanas.
