The question is out of my usual area of concern, since I don't work with non-English translations. In works translated into English, I've seen both--attribution and anonymity. Attribution is more common when the translator is well known. You might want to consult Brahma-muhurta Prabhu about this, since he's the BBT who works with the most languages. Hare Krsna.
