Guest guest Posted July 31, 2005 Report Share Posted July 31, 2005 A good dose of aswagandha with milk about 45 minutes before retiring is useful try about a gram, or so, of gaba, a calmative amino acid, with some B vitamins as co facors, about 1-2 hour before rest.
