Guest guest
Dear maharajas/prabhus, please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! My name is Dina Vatsala das (27), I am a disciple of His Holiness A.C. Bhaktivaibhava Swami, and I live together with my wife in Prague. The present situation in Prague and in the Czech yatra in general does not give me an opportunity to be engaged as a full-time devotee in an Iskcon project. I feel I want to do more than just struggle for my livelihood and earn money in karmi society. Therefore I'm trying to approach some of the devotee leaders, GBCs and managers who are responsible for some Iskcon project and need a help in the service to Srila Prabhupada. I can provide references or recommendations. My curriculum vitae: I was born on the 21st June 1978 in Prague, Czech Republic. After graduation from the high school, I studied the college of social law and politics. During that time, I became interested in Krishna consciousness. After finishing my studies, I served as a full-time devotee, first in the Govinda's restaurant (for 2 years), after that in the Prague temple where I underwent the brahmacari training for 5 years. My main service was in education as a bhakta leader and brahmacari leader assistant. During that time, I was also leading everyday harinamas for about 6 years. I was doing the deity seva and organizing public programs and festivals. Then I got married and moved to the Czech Iskcon farm where we lived for about 6 months. We had to move out because of insufficient accommodation facilities. After that, we got the opportunity to go to New Zeland. We lived on New Varshan Iskcon farm community for about 7 months . Recently we came back because of the visa problem and at the moment, we are temporarily engaged in a prasadam distribution project in Prague. I have experience also with farming, growing vegetables, flowers etc. We are looking for an Iskcon project where we can settle down, be fully engaged, take a responsibility, do the full-time service, attend temple morning programs and live in the association of devotees. My wife Madhavi devi dasi (27) studied English and German philology before she joined the Prague temple. She went through the bhaktin program, vaisnavi education, and SKT training. She was doing the BBT translation service and is interested in the deity seva, vaisnava education and preaching. Thank you for reading this letter and for any ideas or suggestions. Hare Krishna. Your servants Dina Vatsala das and Madhavi devi dasi.
